  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 4 tbsp. 5280 Culinary Rub A Dub seasoning, available at participating locations
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 5280 Culinary High Altitude BBQ sauce, available at participating locations

Big Green Egg Settings

  • Top vent: half open
  • Bottom vent: half open
  • Temperature: 450 degrees
  • Heat method: direct
  • Smoke: if desired

Directions

  • Preheat your Big Green Egg to 450 degrees. Place the grill rack on the Egg and get ready for wings
  • In a large stainless steel mixing bowl, add the wings, Oink seasoning and oil. Mix well to combine
  • Allow mix to sit for about 10 minutes to allow the spices to bloom and get into the wings better
  • Once your Egg is heated and ready, place the wings on the grill grate, arranging wings on the outside of the rack to allow them to cook evenly, then close lid
  • Add your favorite smoke chips for an even better flavor
  • Grill for about 3-4 minutes and turn. Continue this process until wings are fully cooked
  • Fully cooked wings will have clear juices and no red on the bones. Internal temperature is about 155 degrees
  • Remove wings from grill, place onto the serving platter and sprinkle with the Rub A Dub seasoning to finish the wings
  • This recipe will also work on a gas grill, Traeger or smoker
  • Enjoy with High Altitude BBQ Sauce
