Julie Richard is the owner and principal designer for Shelter Interior Design – a full service interior design firm specializing in residential and small hospitality interiors – with more than 15 years of experience in the design industry.
In addition to running her own business, Julie also runs a successful blog, ShelterInteriorDesign.Blogspot.com, where she covers home décor, design and lifestyle topics. Julie is a graduate of the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University, where she earned her master’s degree in Interior Design in 2004.
Color inspires Julie and is her go-to recommendation for clients who want to make quick, affordable updates that will transform a space.
