Kitchen Sink Cookies Recipe

Kitchen Sink Cookies Recipe


Serves up to 10 people

Preparation time 10-12 minutes

Cooking time 10-12 minutes

Cooking temperature is 400 degrees


Ingredients

  • 1 pound butter, unsalted
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar, brown, packed
  • 2 cups sugar, white, cane
  • 4 ea eggs, large
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla, paste
  • 5 cups flour, all purpose
  • 2 tsp salt, kosher
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup pecans, pieces
  • 1 cup pretzels, small pieces
  • 4 cups chocolate chips, milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, white
  • 2 cups  nuts, macadamia, pieces

Preparation

  1. Cream butter with both sugars
  2. Add eggs, 1 by 1, then vanilla paste, mix well
  3. Mix flour, salt and baking soda together in large bowl
  4. Add flour mixture to eggs and butter
  5. Mix until coming off of walls of mixing bowl
  6. Add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, pecans and pretzels.  Mix until just combined
  7. Scrape bowl and scale using #24 schoop, packed full and rounded off
  8. Make pick and freeze for 2 hours before baking
  9. Arrange 8 cookies per parchment lined cookie sheet tray
  10. Bake at 400° for approx 7 minutes, rotate and bake until golden and pliable (approx another 7-8 minutes) depending upon your oven/grill
  11. Remove from pan and cool on a rack
  12. Store covered, once completely cooled
