Kitchen Sink Cookies Recipe
Serves up to 10 people
Preparation time 10-12 minutes
Cooking time 10-12 minutes
Cooking temperature is 400 degrees
Ingredients
- 1 pound butter, unsalted
- 1 1/4 cups sugar, brown, packed
- 2 cups sugar, white, cane
- 4 ea eggs, large
- 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla, paste
- 5 cups flour, all purpose
- 2 tsp salt, kosher
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup pecans, pieces
- 1 cup pretzels, small pieces
- 4 cups chocolate chips, milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips, white
- 2 cups nuts, macadamia, pieces
Preparation
- Cream butter with both sugars
- Add eggs, 1 by 1, then vanilla paste, mix well
- Mix flour, salt and baking soda together in large bowl
- Add flour mixture to eggs and butter
- Mix until coming off of walls of mixing bowl
- Add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, pecans and pretzels. Mix until just combined
- Scrape bowl and scale using #24 schoop, packed full and rounded off
- Make pick and freeze for 2 hours before baking
- Arrange 8 cookies per parchment lined cookie sheet tray
- Bake at 400° for approx 7 minutes, rotate and bake until golden and pliable (approx another 7-8 minutes) depending upon your oven/grill
- Remove from pan and cool on a rack
- Store covered, once completely cooled
