Steps
- Arrange rows of charcoal along perimeter of grill grate
- Stack 10-12 briquettes in the chimney
- Open bottom vent and ignite lighter cubes
- Place chimney over lighter cubes
- Add white hot charcoal to end of charcoal snake
- Half snakes will burn for 5-6 hours, full snakes burn 10-12
