While Traeger is heating up:
Prepare the Cream Cheese as follows
Using an aluminum foil sheet, sprinkle some Tiki Tiki onto the sheet
Using a gloved hand, grab 1 block of cream cheese and place on the rub
Season the top of the cream cheese block and lightly press on the seasoning to help it stick to the cream cheese
Lift up the block and season all sides, pressing down onto the pan to help stick more rub to the block
Repeat this process for all 3 blocks and carefully arrange them in the disposable
Place the pan into the Traeger on the upper rack
Smoke at 225˚ F for 2 hours or until smoke flavor is achieved
Its normal for the cheese to crack, this is good, this will get more smoke flavor into the cheese
Using heat proof gloves carefully remove the pan and place onto a heat safe surface in your kitchen
Rest the cheese for 5 minutes
Drizzle with Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle. Arrange crackers on a platter
