IN The Fridge –

- Place Frozen Turkey into pan (to catch any juices that may leak)
- Leave turkey in the packaging
- Allow 1 day per 5# of Turkey
IN The Sink –
- Wash, Rinse and Sanitize your sink
- Fill sink halfway full of room temperature tap water and turn off water
- Add your frozen turkey (still in the package)
- Allow turkey to thaw in the water for 30 minutes
- Drain water, flip turkey and refill with room temp tap water
- Repeat this process every 30 minutes
- Allow 2 hours per 1# of Turkey to defrost in water
- Safety Tip – Turkey should be cooked immediately after sink defrosting
