It’s time for that annual checkup for your amazing Weber Grill.  We have a top to bottom checklist below designed to help you keep your grill running at its peak for many years of grilling fun.  

Tune Up Tips For Your Weber Grill

 Starting Top to Bottom

a. Lid – in good shape, no excess play and free from rust
b. Built in Thermometer – clean probe and ensure wing nut is tight
c. Lid Hinges – in good shape, no excess play and pins are secure
d. Infinity Ignition System – change battery
e. Side Tables with Tool Hooks – tightly attached
f. Built in iGrill (if applicable) – working properly and batteries are new
g. Tuck Away Warming Rack – Works well and doesn’t bind up when collapsing
h. Grill Grates – Cast Iron – In good condition, no rust or flaking metal
i. Flavorizer Bars – free from buildup, rust or flaking metal
j. Burner Tubes – free from rust, clogged holes or flaking metal
k. Sear Station Burner Tube - free from rust, clogged holes or flaking metal
l. Heat Deflectors - free from buildup, rust or flaking metal
m. Cookbox – free from buildup, no cracks or worn thru spots
n. Grease Management System – opening to disposable tray is open
o. Grease Management Catch Pan – free from buildup
p. Grill Cabinet – Doors in good condition and magnet adjusted to ensure secure closure
q. Grill Cabinet – Inside Cabinet clean and free from any buildup or debris
r. Grease Management System – Disposable Drip Pan – changed as it becomes filled
s. Gas (Natural or Propane) Hose – in good condition, no cracks, fitting secured tightly
t. Side Mounted Gas Tank – in good condition and turned off when not in use
u. Tank Holder – adjusted properly and retention tab and nut are secure
v. Fuel Gauge – working properly and easily moves as tank weight changes
w. Propane Tank – within 12 years of age – if not, ask your local Ace about tank swap to ensure your tank is within the 12 yearrequalifying for age and OPD valve
x. Wheels – All Bolts and nuts tight and wheels move freely
y. Grill Exterior – Clean and free from buildup, debris or wear
