Have you ever wondered how Traeger grills can create that superior flavor? Traeger Wood Pellet Grills pack big hardwood flavor, from sweet cherry, to savory mesquite, into everything you grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise, sear, & BBQ. Traeger’s wood pellets are made with 100% pure, natural hardwood giving you authentic flavor and nothing else.

Traeger Basics

  1. Fill hopper with all natural hardwood pellets
  2. Switch on the grill and turn the dial
  3. The auger moves the pellets to the fire pot
    • The higher the temperature, the more pellets are dispensed
  4. The hot rod ignites the pellets
  5. The draft induction fan moves air to the fire and throughout the grill
    • This creates convection heat to evenly cook your food
  6. The fire is started in less than five minutes
  7. A drip tray sits over the flame, avoiding the fire to make direct content with the food as well as collecting food drippings for easy cleaning and prevent flare ups
On a Traeger, you can grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise, and BBQ.

Digital electronic controls make setting your grill as easy as setting your oven, all it takes is the turn of a dial. Traeger grills use Advanced Grilling Logic® to ensure that you get consistent temperatures throughout your cook, and some models even offer Smoke Science technology. This increases smoke production within the grill when you use the Super Smoke mode function, and ensures your grill only uses the highest quality smoke, thin blue smoke, for optimal flavor.
