- Fill hopper with pellets
- Set temperature to 350 degrees and press ignite
- Oil turkey and add your favorite rub
- Add Meater Plus Probe into the turkey
- Track the temp from your phone, the probe lets you know when the food is done
- Remove turkey from the grill and enjoy!
