Ingredients

Measure   Ingredient                                                    Prep Notes      

2.5 lbs          Chicken Legs, Fresh                               Lightly coat with canolive oil                

¼ Cup          Fire Salt, 5280 Culinary                       Season to taste

¼ Cup          Rub A Dub, 5280 Culinary                  Season to taste

        

      

Cooking Directions:

  • Pour Reserve Blend pellets in Traeger
  • Heat Traeger to 450 Degrees
  • Place wings about 2 inches apart on Traeger rack
  • Flip wings after 6-8 Minutes
  • Cook wings to an internal temperature of 165 Degrees F and remove from grill when all wings reach that temperature
  • With wings in a bowl, coat with Buffalo Wing Sauce
