Start From The Top
Chimney / Chimney Cap / Downdraft Exhaust
Lid Hinges – Lid aligned, screws and nuts tightened
Handle – in good condition, bolts tight
Side Handle – in good condition, bolts tight
Grease Bucket – in good condition, clean and free from leaks
Temperature Probe / Rod – clean and free from buildup or damage
Top Grill Grate – in good condition and free from rust/wear
Bottom Grill Grate – in good condition and free from rust/wear
Drip pan – in good condition and free from stuck on debris, damage or wear
Heat Deflector - in good condition and free from stuck on debris, damage or wear
Fire Pot – in good condition, free from damage and not plugged
Tighten wing nuts on Fire Pot
Auger Tube - in good condition and free from stuck on debris, damage or wear
Grill Barrel – in good condition, free from debris, ash or grease buildup
Grease Channel – free from debris, ash or grease buildup
Grease Drain Tube - free from debris, ash or grease buildup
Pellet Hopper – free from debris or saw dust buildup
Power Cord – in good condition, no breaks or exposed wires
Legs – All Bolts and nuts tight and legs are steady and firm.
Wheels – All Bolts and nuts tight and wheels move freely
Grill Exterior – Clean and free from buildup, debris or wear
